Our goal is to make an exchange or refund as fair and easy as possible.
- If the item is damaged, and the postman is still there, ask for an official Inspection Report . Word of mouth and photographs are not accepted by the shipping companies for issuing compensation.
- Customers are responsible for the return postage and if any, all charges imposed by the Chinese customs.
- Complete the "Returns or Exchange" form on the invoice and return it with the item. If you dont have your invoice, please enclose your name, address and credit card account number (if it was a credit purchase) plus the approximate date of purchase with the item and mail it back to us.

- Make sure that you fill in all the blanks in the form for speedy process of your request.
- Chinese department Store is not to be held responsible for any damages incurred in transit, delays in delivery and or compensation process.
- Returned items are refunded at todays purchase price, minus shipping costs, other charges incurred and in the original method of payment.
- Unfortunately, we cannot refund original shipping & handling charges unless an error occurred on our part in shipping your order.
- All merchandise must be returned within 7 days of its receipt by the receiver with the original sales documents. The item must be returned in its original packaging and with all accompanying manuals and accessories. All manufacturers warranties are in effect.
- Make sure that you insure the package to be sent back to cover for damage and even the shipping cost.
- You may wish to send us the tracking number for the package so that we are informed of its dispatch and in case of delay to investigate.
